Broken Glass? Need Repairs?
Our success rate really depends on a piece by piece basis. A straight clean break can often be repaired, whereas jagged uneven breaks can be more troublesome to fix. But sometimes even clean looking breaks can be deceiving. Please send us pictures of the break or broken piece before sending us your broken glass to be repaired. It needs to be assessed first (generally through e-mail correspondence).
There are unfortunately no possible guarantees or way to guarantee that something can be fixed. Each and every individual break is always different and never the same (kind of like snowflakes). If it cannot be repaired in good fashion, we will let you know prior to attempting to fix anything of yours.
If your broken piece is unfixable, perhaps all is not lost. There may still be intact pieces (like mouthpieces, marbles, coloured sections, twisted cane, millis,..) that may have broken off that you have saved, that may be incorporated into a future piece of yours. You can let us know what you want to do and we can do our best to make sure it happens. Check out the ‘Custom Design’ section of our website for more details.
