Our current standard method of shipment is with Canada Post, however other option are
available. Please Inquire about UPS, USPS, Purolator, FedEX, or 3-Day, or Next Day/Overnight Shipping.
Please understand that it may take up to 48 hours to sucessfully verify and authorize a credit card purchase online, before
we can ship. Money orders and certified cheques may take up to 5 business days to process. Once your transaction has been cleared your order will be shipped the same
day or next available business day.
Return Policy, Order Cancellations and Refunds:
All returns must be made within 14 days of the date of purchase. All
shipped returns are subject to a standard $5 administrative charge
(to cover the ship cost to get the item to you in the first
place; if you had decided to return your order.)
All order cancellations, returns and refunds are subject to a 20%
retocking fee.
Cancelled or return orders by Credit Card payment are subject to a
$7.50 refund charge from our Credit Card Processor.
Custom designed orders cannot be returned or refunded after
production work begins on your custom piece. (We cannot
restock custom items unfortunately)
